Revisiting the Archives

Some days, I really, really want to take some photos, and don't have a chance to. Today was one of those days. There were just too many other things going on. I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed. But, thumbing through my archives and playing with some of my older photos helped a bit. Here's one from the day I went to Barden Family Orchard during a thunderstorm in January. It was beautiful.

    Wow! This scene evokes a real appreciation of aging. Old age can be beautiful as well as forlorn, lonely, yet dignified. Thanks for sparking this reflection in me. Susan
