Learn More about your SLR Camera

I've recently discovered Pinterest - a great website for bookmarking your favorite finds and for networking with like-minded people. I get an email "newsletter" from the site, in addition to getting updates, etc. Normally I would skim a newsletter like this, or maybe ignore it. But today, today reading it paid off big-time, because I found out about something awesome.

This is a great tool for new SLR users to practice with. You set up a scenario on the left - how bright it is, how far away you are, etc. Then you manipulate the sliders on the right to get the correct exposure, the depth of field you want, and so on. Snap your picture and see the results - it shows motion blur, camera shake, and everything! Check it out.

Hello dear readers, I need your help! As I mentioned in my last post, I'm considering doing a podcast series to share with you some good photography facts, tips, and tricks.



Here's the thing - I can think of at least three series topics off the top of my head and, while I hope to eventually do all of them, I need to decide where to start.
